This site originally housed four large detached 1970’s bungalows sat on substantial grounds. Planning permission was eventually granted, resulting in four luxury apartment blocks with underground parking and a GDV of more than 30 million. The site was sold to Boultbee LDN LTD and Sharpe Real Estate.
