George has been in the property industry since 2003, covering residential and commercial investment and development. He has been involved with some of the south coast’s most substantial retail schemes, dealing with major retailers and institutional investors. At Fortitudo George’s role covers the entire development cycle from land acquisition, planning, construction and sales, with the goal of Fortitudo becoming one of the regions strongest developer
Ethan previously worked for Savills within Residential Development. Ethan identifies and secures new development opportunities, working with established agents and approaching land owners directly. Once a site has been successfully negotiated, Ethan works with our professional teams to see the project through the legal process and assists with the preparation of the planning application, ensuring a scheme’s potential is maximised and that the proposal is suitable for the area.
Joanne has previously worked for national agents including Savills and property developers and has built an established property career spanning over 10 years. Joanne is Head of Sales and is responsible for devising our sales strategy for each of Fortitudo’s developments. It is Joanne’s role to liaise with various estate agents and ensure the best agent is appointed. She sees every sale through from offer to completion, working alongside the client’s solicitors.
Amy has previously worked with many established arts and craft brands and has an extensive creative marketing and e-commerce background. Amy’s role at Fortitudo varies from traditional to digital marketing. It is Amy’s role to oversee brochures, flyers, invitations, hoarding, press releases, web, blog, social media, email and events. Amy plans and organises each marketing project from start to finish, writing briefs, working with designers and agencies to distribute content.
Will has joined the Fortitudo team to target industrial and commercial opportunities. His property career was established in London, where he gained a wealth of experience in the residential and commercial sector. Will’s role compromises of identification and acquisition of sites, assisting in project acquisition through all stages including identification, diligence, offer, contract, purchase, planning and pre-start on the sites acquired.
