Site acquired – Fortitudo have exchanged contracts to purchase the development site in Kingsworthy

Fortitudo has exchanged contracts with Hampshire County Council, subject to planning, to acquire this prime residential site in the heart of Kings Worthy Village, just to the northeast of Winchester. The proposal will be for a private gated community of 8 luxury family houses. A planning application will be submitted after the summer.

We are pleased to announce that reserved matters application has recently been submitted to Poole Borough Council. The development will offer twenty-two luxury one bedroom apartments and one commercial unit. The construction is due to start November 2018, these apartments will not only be available off plan but will also be associated with Help-to-buy.
