Commercial land purchase complete
We are happy to announce that Fortitudo has completed the purchase on 3.6 acres of industrial land at Magna Park, Bournemouth. Building work will start imminently to create 48 new industrial units.

We’ve had a smashing 2021 with planning granted on 143 units and planning submitted for a further 796 units. During 2021 Foritudo has exchanged on 10 sites with a further 9 sites currently in legals set to deliver 220 units. 2022 is already looking like another huge year!
Planning granted
We are happy to have secured planning for 48 industrial/business units in Magna Park, off Magna Road, Poole. Our second successful industrial site will start construction in early 2022.

Quantity Surveyor
Jon has joined the Fortitudo team as Quantity Surveyor. He brings with him over 6 years of experience and will be responsible for the cost management across our developments. He will liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure budgets are kept.
